Senior Advocate – Western Sydney Tenants’ Advice and Advocacy Service (part time)
The Senior Advocate supports the Coordinator who is the team leader of staff and directs the work of Western Sydney Community Legal Centre’s Tenants’ Advice and Advocacy Program (TAAP) known as Western Sydney Tenants’ Service (WESTS). The service provides information, support and advocacy for tenants in the WESTS region, including representation in relevant Tribunals when necessary. The Senior Advocate of WESTS is employed by WSCLC and is accountable to the Coordinator, to the Director, and the Management Committee. On a day-to-day basis, the Senior Advocate is supervised by the Coordinator, by the Director and the Principal Solicitor for legal work.
