Central West Contact Service (CWCS)

Professionals In Social Justice.

We offer free legal and social support services to people in need.

We assist vulnerable families who are currently experiencing family separation and who are at risk of further violence and/or conflict. CWCS provides a safe family friendly environment where children can continue to have a relationship with both parents without the risk of further conflict or harm.

We provide a safe and supervised place for parents to spend time with children, or to change-over children from one family member to another.

[or if more room] CWCS provides two types of services. Supervised Contact where children spend time with their or non-resident parent in a safe and meaningful environment. The is supervised by a qualified staff member who assists the family in enjoying their time safely.

CWCS provides a changeover service where CWCS is used as the exchange point between parents where children can exchange between their parents without the parents meeting and therefore is free from further conflict or violence.

CWCS offers a case management approach to our service where our Senior Supervisors work with families on issues they face and make referrals to courses and other services to assist families in improving their current situation and work towards self-management.

You can call us on (02) 9893 7949. Or you can email us at [email protected]. You can call us from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays, with the exception of Tuesday when our service is closed.

For information on deleting your internet history click here.

If someone is monitoring your online activity using spyware or monitoring devices, they will still be able to see that you have visited this website.
