Western Sydney University Student Legal Services
SLS is co-located at the Parramatta Communtiy Justice Clinic (PCJC) at Parramatta Local Court. This service is provided through Student Service and Amenities Fee (SSAF) funds. In the future, the SLS will be available at other WSU campuses.
If you are a current student of WSU or WSUCollege we may be able to help. (Please note: students of the English Language Programs run by WSUCollege are not eligible for this service.)
If we are unable to assist you with your legal enquiry (for example, if we do not advise on that particular area of law) we may be able to make a referral to a more appropriate service.
We can provide advice on:
- Academic misconduct (e.g. plagiarism)
- Consumer rights
- Debt/credit issues
- Employment law
- Minor crimes
- Motor vehicle accidents
- Tenancy and accommodation (including Western Sydney University Village)
- Traffic offences (including on-campus parking fines)
We cannot provide advice on:
- Personal injury
- Serious crimes
- Immigration
- Financial
- Taxation

Call us on (02) 9685 4790 during SLS Clinic hours: Tuesdays and Fridays 9am-4pm. If you telephone outside of these times you can leave a message which we will return as soon as possible, or email us at studentlegalservices@westernsydney.edu.au.
During our telephone sessions you can speak to one of our staff about your legal matter and a solicitor from WSCLC will contact you with legal advice or recommend a referral.
